Abstract

This study aims to determine the early diagnosis of disease attack in monosex tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) In Kampung Nila, Gumiwang village, Banjarnegara. Fish samples totaling 3 fish / pond were taken directly from the location. Samples were taken that showed clinical symptoms of disease-infected fish. The observations made were observation of clinical symptoms, observation of internal organs such as kidneys, intestines, stomach, gills and observation of water quality. Descriptive analysis of the data by describing the results of the study and comparing it with the literature. The results showed that the early diagnosis of the disease affecting monosex tilapia cultivated in Kampung Nila, Gumiwang village, Banjarnegara from June to August was bacterial attack from the Aeromonas hydrophila species.
