This research aims to examine the contents of proximate, amino acid, and antibacterial activity from the leaves extract of two plants namely <em>Sterculia shilinglawii </em>and <em>Sterculia tragacantha</em>. The sample of <em>Sterculia sp</em>. leaves are cleaned, dried, and milled. Then, its chemical composition, amino acid, and bacterial activity are analyzed using a standard procedure. The chemical composition was analyzed using standard AOAC, amino acid was examined using LCMS and antibacterial activity was analyzed using barrier zone against the bacteria that attack the fish. The research results showed that the chemical compositions of <em>Sterculia sp.</em> leaves are carbohydrates, protein, water, ash and fat. The main amino acid contents of woton (<em>Sterculia sp.</em>) leaves are L-Arginine, L-Valine, L-Proline, L-Alanine. Bacterial Test Results showed &nbsp;that woton (<em>Sterculia sp.</em>) leaves extract has intermediate inhibition response against <em>V. algynoliticus</em>. The management in question is the establishment of a conservation area that involves fishing communities so that an assessment of the community's perception of the determination of conservation areas is needed. This study aims to determine the perception of fishing communities towards the establishment of conservation areas. This research was conducted in December 2014 in Pongok Island, South Bangka. The selection of respondents was done by using purposive sampling. The variables studied are knowledge of conservation, community opinion about conservation location, type of ecosystem that is commonly conserved, knowledge of matters related to the determination of marine conservation, and community support for the determination of conservation areas. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis to explain the perception of the fishing community towards the determination of conservation areas. Currently, the waste management from community activities in there has not yet been optimal.</em> <em>This can affect the quality of coastal ecosystem and the economic value of tourism later.&nbsp; The aims of this paper are to estimate the total of waste generation, modeling the impact of pollution on water and air due to waste generation, and recommend the alternative sustainable waste management system in Waha Raya Coastal Area. The method of taking and measuring the sample of waste generation based on SNI 19-3964-1994, while &nbsp;method of analyzing waste management systems use the application of Integrated Wasted Management 2 (IWM2). After modeling the effects of pollution on water and air in 4 scenarios, it was found that the 4<sup>th</sup> scenario was able to reduce airborne particulate pollutants ammount 104.8 kg/year; CO2 of 102.6 kg year; CH4 36.0 kg/year; and 861.3 kg/year GWP. The 4<sup>th</sup> scenario is also able to reduce the level of water pollution those are BOD amount 146kg/year,&nbsp; COD amount 436 kg/year, SS 34 kg/year and Fe<sup>2+</sup> 42 kg/year. Therefore, this study aims to utilize these by-products to be made probiotics which are then used to increase fish production. The research method used was the experimental method with three treatments with doses of jambal fish contents 5%, 10% and 15%. The test parameters used included the quality test of probiotic bacteria and probiotic applications in catfish. From the results of the study obtained non-pathogenic bacteria content, Lactobacillus sp. and Bacillus sp. The abundance of probiotic bacteria in each treatment was around 105 CFU / ml according to the standard bacterial content in commercial probiotics. The probiotic application in catfish produces survival (SR) at a dose of 5%; 10%; 15 of 90%; 93%; 95% and feed efficiency (FCR) of 0.92; 0.90; 0.82.
